I had a very constructive dialogue yesterday during my meeting with the municipal councilors who are members of the Commission for organizing and conducting the procedure for determining candidates for lay judges for the Sofia Regional Court.
They are fully aware of the importance of the institute, and I, for my part, promised that in the event of my second term as a lay judge, I will continue to be an active member of the court panels and an advocate for the rights of lay judges.
